Kyngs Terms And Conditions

Plain-English account rules, deposits, withdrawals, bonus terms, fair play, complaints and dispute resolution.

The Kyngs Terms And Conditions are the legal agreement between you and the company that operates the Kyngs platform. They cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, fair play, account closure, complaints and dispute resolution. They have been written in plain English so you can actually read them, with technical legal language reserved for the moments it genuinely matters.

By opening a Kyngs account you confirm you have read these terms, you accept them, and you meet the eligibility requirements set out below. If anything is unclear, contact our team through the Kyngs contact page before you deposit.

Who can open a Kyngs account?

You must be 18 years of age or older and resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not restricted by our licence. You confirm that you are gambling with your own money, that the funds are not derived from criminal activity, and that you are not currently self-excluded from any other licensed operator. Each player may hold one account only; duplicate accounts are closed without notice and balances frozen pending review.

Verification

Before any withdrawal we verify your identity, address and source of funds in line with anti-money laundering law. Verification usually takes minutes when documents are submitted clearly. Until verification is complete, withdrawals cannot be released.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Deposits clear instantly via Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and a range of cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit is €10 and the maximum varies by method. Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four hours for e-wallets and usually within an hour for crypto. Card withdrawals can take up to three working days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawals return to the original deposit method by default, in line with payment industry rules. Kyngs does not charge withdrawal fees; any cost passed on by a third-party processor is shown clearly before you confirm.

What are the Kyngs bonus terms?

Every bonus carries three numbers: the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet allowed while wagering, and the validity window. Wagering on slots clears at 100%, live casino at 10 to 20% and certain low-edge titles are excluded entirely. The default maximum bet during wagering is €5; placing a higher bet while wagering can void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account play or pattern betting designed to exploit the bonus mechanic, voids the bonus and any winnings. The full breakdown of any specific offer sits on the Kyngs Promotions page.

How does Kyngs handle complaints and disputes?

If you have a complaint, raise it through live chat or by email to complaints@kyngs.co.uk. We acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within ten working days. If we cannot resolve it within that window, we will explain why and confirm a longer timeline.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body listed by our licensing authority. Their decision is binding on Kyngs. Your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland or the UK are unaffected by this clause.

Fair play, responsible gambling and account closure

We monitor play patterns for collusion, automation, account sharing and other forms of fair play breach. Confirmed breaches result in account closure and may be reported to law enforcement and other operators where required by law. Genuine play is never penalised by these monitoring systems; they are designed to catch deliberate abuse.

You can close your account, set limits or self-exclude at any moment through your dashboard. Detailed walk-throughs sit on the close account and responsible gambling pages.

More on this topic

More on jurisdiction, governing law, account inactivity rules and how Kyngs publishes changes to these terms.

Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our licence is held. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaints process or by the dispute resolution body listed by our regulator may be referred to the courts of that jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights as an Irish or UK resident are not affected by this clause.

Account inactivity

An account is considered inactive after twelve consecutive months without a login, deposit, wager or withdrawal. Inactive accounts may be subject to a modest monthly maintenance fee, capped so it cannot exceed the available balance. We email warnings before any fee is applied so you have a clear chance to log in and avoid it.

Changes to the terms

Significant changes to these terms are notified to all active account holders by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, giving you time to read them and decide if you want to continue using the service. Minor edits for clarity, grammar or formatting may be applied without separate notice.
