Our support team runs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Live chat usually responds within minutes. Email replies land inside a business day, often a lot sooner than that.
Live chat (the fastest route)
The chat button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page. An agent typically responds within five minutes. For quick questions about your account, bonuses, games or payments, this is the shortest path to a solution.
During peak hours in the evening the wait might lengthen slightly. Your place in the queue is always visible on screen.
Responsible gambling team
If you need help with a gambling issue, contact our specialists at rg@kyngs.co.uk or visit our help page for Irish and international support services.
Any self-exclusion or account closure request is honoured within twenty-four hours.
Email support
For more complex issues or topics that need documentation, email support@kyngs.co.uk. We respond within a business day, usually faster. Always include your account number and a clear description of your query.
For verification and KYC questions, write to verification@kyngs.co.uk and attach your documents directly.
Complaints
If you have a complaint we want to resolve it. Send a detailed complaint to complaints@kyngs.co.uk. We acknowledge it within twenty-four hours and aim for a resolution within ten business days.
For unresolved disputes you can escalate to the dispute resolution body listed by our licence holder. Full details sit inside our terms and conditions.
Press and partnerships
Press requests should go to press@kyngs.co.uk. Affiliate and partnership enquiries belong to partners@kyngs.co.uk. We respond to business enquiries within three business days.
Any other queries are best handled through live chat. From there we route you internally to the right department.
Phone
We do not currently offer telephone support. Live chat and email deliver faster answers and better documentation of whatever has been agreed.
For anything urgent involving a live game or a payment, live chat is the channel to use.
